My background as a senior Scrum Master and Agile Coach, combined with a strong programming foundation, allows me to help organizations adopt Agile methodologies, innovate, and achieve measurable results.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led Agile transformations, coached teams, and contributed to major cost-saving initiatives. At TD, I received multiple awards, including the TD League of Excellence, Innovative Team Award, and Agile@Scale Hackathon Winners. I also created many side apps, the top three of which save the bank over $1.5 million annually.
